This year we chose to support the work undertaken by Brathay Hall Trust at Ambleside.

Our managing director, Stuart Berry, chose to take part in his first full marathon, organised by the trust on the 18th May 2008. To support this event Ashberry placed a sticker on 60000 products produced the week before the event stating that for each of the sandwiches sold they would donate 1p towards the work of the trust.

Stuart Berry finished in a commendable 4hrs 58 mins over a very difficult course. Ashberry hope to continue to support the event over the course of the next few years.
